 Continuous and semi-contimuous crude oil refinery plants  

 

 

1. crude oil refinery plants  : 

1) The main function of decoloring process is to remove oil pigment, residual soap grain and metal ions. 
2) Under negative pressure, the mechanical mixing method combined with steam mixing will improve the decoloring

 effect. 
3) The degummed oil firstly enters into the heater to be heated to the appropriate temperature (110°C), and then goes to the bleaching earth mixing tank. 
4) The bleaching earth is delivered from the low bleaching box to the temporary tank by wind. 
5) The bleaching earth is added by automatic metering and is interlockingly controlled with the oil. 
6) The oil mixed with the bleaching earth overflows into the continuous decolorizer, which is stirred by non-powered steam. 
7) The decolored oil enters into the two alternate leaf filters to be filtered. 
8) Then the filtered oil enters the decolored oil storage tank through the security filter. 
9) The decolored oil storage tank is designed as the vacuum tank with the nozzle inside, so as to prevent the 

decolored oil contacting with the air and influencing its peroxide value and color reversion.

 

 

2.  crude oil refinery plants  :  

(1) Refining section: used to P-acid de-gumming, alkali refining de-acid and water rinsing.

(2) Decoloring section: used to remove off pigments, bleaching oils and grease dehydrate.

(3) Deodorizing section: to remove off the odor components in oil.

(4) Dewax: used to remove off the wax in the oil, in order to get the high quality oil.

(5) Heat-transfer oil stove: supply each device production needing heat energy, temperature reach above 280°C.

(6) Steam generator: produce the needing steam for de-odoring and distillation.

(7) Vacuum pump: supply needing vacuum for dehydrate, de-color, de-odor. Vacuum degree can reach above 755mm Hg.

(8) Press filter: filter clay, filter out clear oil.

(9) Air compressor: blow dry bleached clay, blow empty the leftover oil in the press filter.

 

3.crude oil refinery plants :

 

                                

Refining pot: 

    Also named Dephosphorization and deacidification tank, under 60-70°Cit occurs acid-base neutralization 

reaction with sodium hydroxideAfter stirring by reduction box,it can decrease the acid value in oil and separate

 the impurity, phospholipid which will enter into soap stock. The oil can be refined further.

 

Bleaching pot (decoloring pot): 

    Also named bleaching and dewatering pot, it removes water from oil by vacuum. The bleaching earth is 

breathed into bleaching pot, after stirring,filtrated by filter and change the color of the oil.

Vertical blade filter machine:

    Equipped with vertical leaf filter to remove used bentonite from the oil, operating conveniently and continuously,

 low laboring tense, keeps environment well, keeps oil residence in deposable bleaching earth in low level.

 

Deodorization pot:

 

  It uses USU 304 stainless steel plate, under the vacuum condition of vacuum and high temperature (220-240°C), The deodorization system can remove fatty acid and other  rare delicacy high efficiently .make Meanwhile, th

pot has the advantage of lowering steam consuming and avoid of the hydrolyzation of oil

           

 

 6.Characteristics:

  

 

1.Both short mixed and long mixed process are adapted in washing sector, which ensures washing effectiveness;

 

2.Equipped with vertical leaf filter to remove used bentonite from the oil,  operating conveniently and continuously,

3.Due to accurate stirring method, decreased the maximum distance between the oil of cooling facet so as to ensure the
